Thank you for your interest in the New Marlins Ballpark Project. To document your firm's interest and receive information regarding upcoming packages and bidding opportunities, all potential bidders are required to fill out the Project's Prequalification Statement.

Please note that it is extremely important that all sections of the Prequalification Statement be returned complete as it is the primary method we are using to document your firm's information and interest.
If your firm is certified as a CSBE or SBE for Miami-Dade County, please forward a copy of your certificate and advise if you plan to renew your certification. Visit Miami-Dade County's Small Business Department's website for additional information on qualification requirements and becoming certified: http://www.miamidade.gov/sba/
All suppliers and vendors will not need to complete all sections of the form, omit page 2 as you will not be bidding on packages. Information will be provided to all potential bidders.
